We are building a live streaming platform, from India which can be used by gamers in 15+ countries. And we are looking for a smart Senior Growth Manager to build it with us.

📈 Are you the Growth person?

• You’re the livewire of the team, the energetic one who can never keep still because that’s the speed at which businesses grow and data changes. You know exactly how to push the right buttons on the business to take it forward with the speed required.
• You understand the consumer’s mindset and keep a strong hold on consumer pulse to know what’s the right campaign to push. You're an expert at decoding user behavior and defining journeys based on that to upscale the business.
• You’re the champion of research and data and there’s nothing about latest industry trends that you won’t know - from what are the correct marketing constructs to owning the best methods of driving traffic, conversion on the platform for the business.
• You're always on a lookout at what others are doing - market trends, competitor assessments or partnership collaborations and can leverage them to pedal our business forward.
• Most importantly, you are creative, yet technical, and have the ability to identify new growth channels and implement the smallest hacks.

💼 Your responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to drive user growth, paid media and acquisition, CRM, funnel optimization, user retention and referrals to grow our product and community.

• Obsess over customers and how to maximize gamer & streamer acquisition across all paid and unpaid growth channels. Explore a hundred new channels, leave no stone unturned.
• Experiment with different event constructs to facilitate the most fun & meaningful interactions between the gaming community. Design, implement & scale these.
• Ideate on creative partnership strategies with every stakeholder in the gaming sector that can bolster product growth.
• Develop and nurture relationships with users to drive Retention. And build a community.
• Contribute to the ad creative process & drive creative performance learnings.
• Be a master of Experimentation and super fussy about defining & meauring metrics at each stage.
